Microsoft is hitting back against Sony's claims that Call of Duty can't be replaced, telling its competitor to just make its own series. This comes as Microsoft says that ten years of multi-gen Call of Duty releases give Sony more than enough time to make up for the loss, developing its own online shooter to compete with the gaming behemoth. Sony has previously suggested this would not be possible, even trashing Battlefield in the process, since it would be the closest thing it had to Call of Duty should it go Xbox exclusive. This also suggests that Xbox is switching strategies, going from promises to share Call of Duty to saying PlayStation should simply develop its own Game . Amazon plans to eliminate 9000 more jobs in the next few weeks, CEO Andy Jassy has told staff in a memo. The job cuts would mark the second-largest round of lay-offs in the company’s History , adding to the 18,000 employees the company said it would let go in January. The Dallas Mavericks picked up one of their biggest wins of the season on Friday night in stunning fashion, as Maxi Kleber hit a buzzer-beating 3-pointer to lift them over the Los Angeles Lakers, 111-110.  After Anthony Davis missed one of two free throws with 6.7 seconds remaining, the Mavericks had the ball with a chance to tie or win the Game . The Nintendo Switch is one of the most successful consoles of all time, behind only Sony's PlayStation 2 and the Game Boy, in the all-time sales rankings. It's an impressive feat and the hybrid continues to sell, but the extraordinary run that Nintendo has had does now appear to be slowing as the Switch has finally been unseated as Japan's best-selling console in monthly figures.
