NHL Kraken vs Stars Same Game Parlay Predictions at +543 | Pickswise

The Eastern Conference Finals of the 2023 Stanley Cup playoffs were set before even having a single team in the Western Conference advance. That demonstrates close, hard-fought series — which always adds to the excitement. The Dallas Stars had the opportunity to close things out against the Seattle Kraken but fell in Game 6 on Saturday. There’s nothing better than a Game 7, and that’s what we’ll get to enjoy in Dallas on Monday night.

To add even more thrill to the action, I have put together a Kraken vs Stars Same Game Parlay.

Additionally, be sure to check out all of our NHL picks.

Dallas Stars -1.5 (+122)

This series was as back-and-forth as it gets until the Stars were the first team to break the trend and win back-to-back Games. However, the Kraken showed up on home ice in Game 6 with an impressive 6-3 win. Despite that, Dallas has home-ice advantage for this win-or-go-home matchup, and we’re willing to back them in that situation. As Stars head coach Peter DeBoer said, it’s difficult to beat any team three Games in a row this time of year, so we’re not going to let Game 6 deter us from backing Dallas.

It’s been especially hard to doubt veteran Joe Pavelski, as he continues to defy father time. The 38-year-old suffered a concussion in the first round, returned for this series and has an incredible 8 goals so far. We’re also comfortable backing the Stars to win by multiple goals, as that has also been a trend in this series. Since Game 1’s overtime finish, each matchup has been decided by multiple goals. In fact, each of the last 4 games have been decided by at least 3 goals. Therefore, my Kraken vs Stars Same Game Parlay kicks off with a great plus-money spot.

Over 5.5 goals (-118)

Heading into this series it was expected to be a low-scoring one. That is demonstrated with Game 7’s total still being listed less than 6 goals. However, that provides more value for the over than anything. As anticipated, shots on goal have been hard to come by. Despite that, both teams have been efficient in finding the back of the net. We saw 9 goals scored in Game 6 — and that was no outlier.

The series began with a 9-goal game, and 4 of the 6 matchups have seen 9 goals scored. In fact, the lowest-scoring output was a 6-goal effort, which would still get us over this total. To expand even further, this trend also goes back to the regular season. In 3 matchups against one another, the games ended with 7 goals twice and 9 in the last one. With that type of consistency, I will back another high-scoring contest in Game 7.

Roope Hintz anytime goal scorer (+160)

I mentioned how well Pavelski has looked, and the same can be said for Roope Hintz. Before we even dive into his numbers, this prop is listed as low as +115 on some books — incredible value. Those other prices are understandable given how great Hintz has looked in this series. He has been just as strong as Pavelski and has 8 goals in these 2023 Stanley Cup playoffs.

The last time this series was in Dallas, he led the Stars to a convincing 5-2 win with 2 goals of his own. With the Kraken being in just their second year as a franchise, there isn’t a ton of history to look back on. However, in 6 games against Seattle in his career, Hintz has 4 goals and 8 points in total. While he didn’t find the back of the net in Game 6, he still had 4 shots on goal. With Jason Robertson being quiet in this series, look for Hintz to be the one to help wrap things up in favor of Dallas.
